The recent Uttarakhand floods has left too many questions unanswered but a few of our ESTEEMED politicians were holidaying abroad while some did rescuing efforts others started bickering. While due credit was not given to our Jawans, who actually braved the weather, the political class, as usual, started the blame game or one-upmanship???!
In spite of ISRO's warning, the present Uttarakhand government nor the central government could find no time to plan but enough time to blame opposition parties and/or individuals for extending their helps.
One should recall the days of Prime Minister Rao/Indira Gandhi and Vajpayee, how they led the country to face natural calamities/wars.
At least now, the Chief Minister and Uttarakhand government should stop preaching and COUNTING dead-bodies but start SAVE the living?!
